Your name MUST match the name on your notary commission. Check your name spelling, middle initial, middle name, etc. before submitting. If your name does not match the name on your notary commission, your seal will NOT be valid and your platform will reject it.

Your commission number must be exactly the same number assigned to you by your state. If it does not match, your notarizations will not be valid.

Any correction to the e-Seal after your order is placed will result in a $5 correction fee. Make certain your information is correct and everything matches the information you have on file with your state.

Each e-Seal is a custom order created by our graphic designers. We provide all e-Seals within 24 hours of your order. Corrections/edits/additions to information originally provided by the customer will result in a $5 additional fee for the additional work required to make the change.

As a courtesy to our valued customers, we send both .jpg and .png files of the image. So, you can start using your e-Seal right away, no matter which file type your platform requires!
